Product Description

Steel belt continuous gas shielded bright annealing furnace:

It is used for continuous production such as bright quenching of martensitic stainless steel, bright annealing (solution) treatment of austenitic stainless steel, intermediate recrystallization annealing, final annealing and stress relief treatment of various copper materials and copper alloys. The furnace has novel design, reasonable structure, energy saving and high thermal efficiency, stable production quality, safe and easy use, simple operation and no industrial pollution. The temperature control method is advanced, using PID intelligent temperature control adjustment instrument, intelligent thermostat, Schneider electric switches, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃. It is advanced, reliable, practical and economical in industrial furnaces.

This equipment is mainly composed of transmission system, heating system, cooling system, control system and ammonia decomposition gas supply system. The muffle is made of imported high-temperature resistant stainless steel material by pressing and welding; detachable electric heating elements can upper-lower heat; steal belt conveying is stepless speed regulating; the gas mixture (hydrogen 75% and oxygen 25%) decomposed from the liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reaches gas protection effect. Having treated by this kind of furnace, product surface will become bright and won’t be oxidized. All treated products will reach excellent consistency.
